WAKE UP - A WEEKEND OF WELLNESS

This was a hugely successful weekend that allowed people to learn more about themselves, the way the mind and body work, and included strategies to help in personal and business relationships. A deep dive was taken into spirituality, which was really well received by all - in fact so well that we re-arranged our program for Day 2 to include more information.

(ERT) Emotional Resilience Techniques are designed to help the individual looking for balance in their weekly schedule. We often invest in our physical fitness, this allows you to invest in your emotional fitness, to learn techniques to quickly relax the mind. Evening group classes, and individual sessions available. Corporate individual and group sessions available to encourage a resilient minded workplace.

Life Balance Program
ERT - LIFE BALANCE PROGRAM

A specially designed 7 Session Program, designed to help restore balance to your life. Change takes time so this program is usually implemented over 7 weeks, with new concepts introduced each week. The basis of the program is on inner-discipline, working with elements of the the book "The Art of Happiness" by the Dalai Lama and Howard Cutler (a psychiatrist). This can be arranged for an individual or couple, or you can choose to attend one of our group programs.

Intro to Mindfulness Course
ERT - INTRO TO MINDFULNESS COURSE

Are you struggling with stress and anxiety? Perhaps you are looking for a way to feel self-empowered, to be able to improve your own mental and physical health?

Mindfulness is a proven skill that we all can learn to enable us to perform at our best, to feel good, and to transform our overall health. It asks you to do less to achieve more.

We provide this course to you as a series of 7 sessions, usually completed over 7 weeks, but can be as frequent as you like. We introduce the concepts to you so you can see the purpose of implementing it into your daily life, get used to the daily practice of it, and gain clarity on the elements that give this practice long term benefits (it takes a good 6 weeks to form a new habit).

Ladies Mid Week Escape
MID WEEK LADIES ESCAPES

Grab a girlfriend (or two or three), or perhaps a Mum and Daughter(s) mid-week escape is a great way to re-connect, relax and revitalise. This is a hosted retreat, available most months of the year (outside school holidays), that is tailored to your requirements and can be based on our ERT or Life Balance Program. Located on Lake Macquarie, 90 minutes north of Sydney, these escapes are the perfect reset. You will feel so good we won't be surprised if you book your next escape before you leave!
